Awake to breathtaking ocean views and the calming sound of waves in this Gold Coast retreat, just steps from Mermaid Beach. Explore top local dining just a short stroll away, enjoy a coffee downstairs at Sunnyboy Café, or savour crispy fresh barramundi at the Mermaid Beach Surf Club right next door. Relax on the ocean-facing balconies or unwind in the air-conditioned living area. With free parking and a bus stop just minutes away, exploring the Gold Coast is effortless.
Step into this coastal retreat, where stunning ocean views and a serene ambience create an inviting beachside atmosphere. Sink into the L-shaped sofa, switch on the Fire TV for a movie night, or unplug with a book in the comfort of the split-system air conditioner. Step onto the balcony to take in stunning ocean views and listen to the soothing sound of waves rolling onto the shore.
The compact yet well-equipped kitchen offers everything needed for home-cooked meals, including a full-size fridge and an oven. Gather around the wooden dining table for six, the perfect spot for shared meals and lively conversations.
Two bedrooms are designed for restful sleep, and equipped with tower fans to keep you comfortable. Wake up to soft natural light and ocean glimpses in the primary bedroom, featuring a wooden queen bed and a wardrobe for easy unpacking. The second bedroom offers two single beds, a dresser, and direct access to a large private balcony. Here, you can start your day with a quiet morning tea at the glass-top table, soaking in the ocean views beyond the treetops and fresh coastal breeze. Freshen up in the bathroom with a shower and vanity, while a stacked washer and dryer, neatly tucked inside, make it easy to manage laundry during your stay.
A single lock-up garage, suitable for small to medium-sized cars, is located at the rear of the complex. The apartment is accessed via stairs.
Please note, the property is located above a café that opens at 7 AM. There may be some noise from the café in the morning. Light street and traffic noise may also be heard due to the central location.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
Long term stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional deep cleaning fee of $90 as we are required to perform a deep clean after such stays.
