The Space:
This beautifully renovated 1,500 sq ft | 139 sqm apartment in the best part of Le Plateau offers an extremely comfortable stay for families or groups traveling together. Spacious and thoughtfully designed space and all the bedrooms have their own air conditioning units! (heating unit for colder months).
The main spaces:
→ Bright and spacious OPEN LIVING area with hardwood flooring, a big sofa, and a 55" 4k TV where you can log in to your Netflix or other streaming service. It's a wonderful space for relaxing downtime moments at home.
→ A long DINING table that comfortably seats 10 to 14 when extended! Great for “sit-down meal moments” with great dinner chat. There’s a kitchen BREAKFAST BAR too with 3 barstools for extra seating if needed. The table is perfect for a workspace too.
→ The KITCHEN is fully equipped with quality appliances for preparing meals at home. It's a terrific way to save money, too. All the essentials are there,e including a COFFEE MAKER, HOT WATER KETTLE, MICROWAVE, TOASTER, and even a DISHWASHER for easy clean-ups!
→ 4 BEDROOMS & 1 DEN that counts as the 5th bedroom and 2 full BATHROOMS to accommodate up to 16 guests as such:
Bedroom 1: King bed, with dresser and access to the balcony/emergency exit
Bedroom 2: Two double beds and a closet
Bedroom 3: Two queen beds
Bedroom 4: Two queen beds and a closet with an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 5: Den area between living and bedroom 4, one twin bed that can be converted into a big bed (two twin-sized mattresses)

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the apartment during your stay. In case of emergency or if there is a power outage, there is a spare key in the lockbox outside the building.

The neighborhood is this perfect mix of everything cool about Montreal: up-and-coming artists, fellow professionals, students, and young families all living alongside different cultural communities. It creates this amazing vibe you just can't find anywhere else. The main action happens on Saint-Denis and Saint-Laurent, but don't miss exploring Rachel, Mont-Royal, Duluth, and Prince-Arthur streets – that's where you'll find those perfect spots that make for great stories. Whether you're looking for late-night eats, craft cocktails, live music, or just great people-watching.
Getting Around:
The apartment is 22.4 km | 14 miles or 25 minutes away from the Montréal-Trudeau International Airport (YUL). In the heart of St-Laurent, the Le Plateau-Mont-Royal borough.
From the apartment, you can walk everywhere - and you'll be steps from public transportation.
PARKING: If you want to park your car on the street, please pay attention to the signs. Parking is generally paid on main avenues such as Ave Mont-Royal. Most secondary streets in the area are reserved for permit holders only. Keeping It Chill:
- This area buzzes with energy day and night (we provide earplugs for light sleepers)
- Bachelor/bachelorette crews welcome! Just keep the party at the nearby amazing clubs after 10 pm
- The apartment might have a noise monitoring device (NoiseAware) - it only measures volume, no recordings!
- NO SMOKING of any kind inside, please (helps us keep the space fresh for everyone). If smoking is detected, we will have to charge for the deep cleaning of carpets and furniture.
- If you are having a great time, please don't jump or dance - the restaurant below won't be happy.
Must-Knows:
- Main guest must be 18+ to book
- On some booking platforms, there will be a temporary security deposit hold, funds released after checkout (when all is well!)
- No shoes inside (protect those gorgeous floors!)
- Pets are allowed subject to approval - please let us know if you are travelling with your 4 legged friend, and please no paws on the furniture (extra cleaning fees might apply)
- We'll need you to sign a quick rental agreement accepting the house rules
- You may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on check-in day, or during your stay for identity verification.

- Please keep windows closed (they don't meet safety regulations). The apartment has an air exchange system & AC, so there is no need to open the windows.
- Smoke and noise detectors must stay connected; please don't tamper with them.
- Keep an eye on the little ones in common areas, corridors and stairs.
- Please no candles, incense or any burnable object with flames inside the apartment.
- No more guests than those listed on your reservation are allowed.
