The beautifully designed apartment, located on the 8th floor, is perfect for a luxury getaway for up to 6 guests, featuring resort facilities including Mediterranean style pool area with poolside cabanas and sunbeds, outdoor kitchen with BBQ and dining booths, yoga/stretching lawn, European sauna and well equipped gym.
The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, including master suite with comfortable king bed, access to the balcony, walk-through robe and an elegant ensuite with double vanity and rainfall shower.
The second bedroom comes with 2 king single beds and both bedrooms have ceiling fans and zoned ducted air-conditioning for your comfort.
The fully equipped kitchen is designed for entertaining with a stone island breakfast bar and high-end appliances, including fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser, integrated dishwasher and coffee pod machine.
The living room offers relaxed comfort with corner lounge and dining area seating 6.
There is a separate media room with sofa bed (perfect for overnight visitors or kids) plus smart TV, so you can really sit back and relax after a day in the sun.
Floor-to-ceiling glass stacker doors seamlessly join indoor and outdoor living and the covered oversized balcony with lounge setting is the perfect place to watch the sunset and the Surfers Paradise skyline light up at night. Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, located at 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. The office is an approximate 3-minute drive south of the property and a 6-minute drive south of the Gold Coast Airport
