What a great house! Was very clean when we arrived, check in was super easy and exactly as explained. The home is in a perfect location, 5 minutes from route 3 but you wouldn't know it, 1/2 hour from downtown Boston and just an hour from Cape Cod. Easy access to trains but we didn't need them. Plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Thanks for a great stay!

Long Weekend getaway

Used this listing as home base for a long weekend trip to Boston. Listing is as advertised. Met all of our needs. Owners very responsive to questions. Would recommend.

Pros:Good Size house. Cons: The back yard had dog poop all through it which we had to clean up so we could actually utilize the space, the dryer had dog hair, human hair and dust all through it so we had to clean that so we could use it as well. Additionally there was some sort of human fluid on the pillows in the one room which was rather disgusting. The host was not responsive or just didn’t seem to care about those issues. Pretty disappointed overall.

This house is amazing!!! Very spacious very clean. The owner was so friendly and accommodating to myself and family. We had such a good time and very accessible to malls highways and beach. For people who don’t drive there is public transportation also !!!! We will definitely be returning 😊

Comfortable beds, very clean, lots of space, nice kitchen. Needs new shades or curtains to keep sun out in morning. The heat never really kept the house warm. We had to use space heaters and extra blankets. We weren’t there much, so it wasn’t bad for us, but if you’re hanging out on a cold winter night… could be a problem.

The space was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything we needed for daily living. Unfortunately, during a heatwave (90s–100s), the window A/C units struggled to keep up, and one bedroom had no A/C at all, so our son had to sleep with us.On the bright side, when we accidentally locked ourselves out, the manager arrived within 10 minutes to let us in—very responsive and appreciated!

Quaint home. Lovely kitchen. Rooms nice size. The rugs upstairs in master bed room need cleaning. They obviously are working on place. It was a lovely stay. A very convenient location
