CozySuites proudly brings you the finest newly built condo in Glendale that is steps away (walkable!!) from the stadium and some of the best shopping, dining, and golf courses in greater Phoenix! This condo is perfect for football, leisure, snowbirds, spring training, and business travelers! When you are done exploring the area, come take a dip in the jacuzzi with friends and enjoy a night by the fire pit! Inside each condo you will have the comforts of home you deserve and a whole lot more!



The Space:

We have multiple CozySuites units in this building and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos



This CozySuite is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay.

Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed

Note: This is a garden style unit that requires 1-2 floors of stairs. Please reach out to us before booking if you can't do stairs because we do have ground floor units!



Guest Access:

Guest has access to entire apartment and all of the building amenities.



The Neighborhood:

We are located in Glendale, right in the Westgate entertainment area. Enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in 1 place, just across the street from our building!



Getting Around:

Ideally located close to different attractions, we are just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride anywhere!



Other Things to Note:

Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

All pets must be on leash when outside on property.



ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.



To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Important note: The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.



Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.



Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.



No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.



Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

We arrived late at night had a problem locating the unit, when we did locate the unit the door wouldn't unlock had to call the number and spoke with a representative who confirmed that was the correct unit. After digging in the VrBo app messages I was given two different unit numbers, So I called again and was told what happened that the unit was not cleaned yet and was given another unit. When we finally got into the room and ready my bed my wife pulled back the blanket and found hair and crumbs on top of the sheets. I contacted them again in the morning and was told they would have the other unit cleaned and we could switch when it was completed. Never heard anything all day. I contacted them again late in the day explaining that we had plans that evening and needed to make the switch. We left for our dinner reservation and 20 mins after we leave they message me telling me that we can switch and they are deactivating the door code for the unit we are currently in, So I had to call again and inform them that wouldn't be ok as we are not there and our belongings are still in the unit. Was told we could switch later that night or first thing in the morning. Got back to the apartment late that night my wife and I didn't feel like making the switch that night, contacted them first thing in the morning and was told that unit was already booked and they would have to clean another unit and it would be later in the day. At that point I'm over it I'm tired of dealing with this.
Was given a 95.00 refund for all my troubles

Hi David, Thank you for the feedback. We sincerely apologize for the confusion at check-in, the inconsistent unit information, and the unacceptable cleanliness you described. That communication and service fell short of our standards. Since your stay we’ve taken several steps: updated our messaging so a single, confirmed unit number is provided; changed check‑in procedures so access codes are only issued after a verified cleaning and pre‑arrival inspection; retrained our cleaning and guest‑service teams (including extra linen checks); and revised our door‑code policy so codes won’t be deactivated while a guest’s belongings remain in the unit. We’ve also reinforced follow‑up procedures so guests aren’t left waiting for updates. We regret the disruption to your trip and have implemented these changes to prevent this from happening again.
