Wake up to fabulous water views and brilliant sunshine in a beautiful apartment where the accommodation is part of the experience. Located in the heart of Kingston Foreshore, the one bedroom apartment is a joy to spend time in designer decor, quality finishes and stunning balcony. Offering best of both worlds, the apartment enjoys the tranquil ambience of the water side of the building, just metres away are buzzing restaurants, bars, cafes beloved by Canberrans.

You won’t want to leave this piece of paradise in one of Canberra’s coolest precincts.

Beautifully presented, the apartment has everything you need in a home away from home with a super sized Smart, super fast wifi and a comfortable queen sized bed. The kitchen is well equipped and the laundry includes a washing machine and dryer. Other features include a walk-in wardrobe, rainwater shower, ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning and Netflix. Access to a gym and secure basement parking complete this perfect package. Note that the TV does not have local channels.

We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.

COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building's gym throughout your stay.

The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm availability of common areas.

PARKING:
The parking garage can fit up to 1 car.
There’s a 2 hr free street parking and also a paid longer stay car park at the end of the street on Eastlake Parade .

Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in.

Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge

I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!

If you come on a Sunday, don’t miss the renowned Bus Depot Markets and keep an eye out for the two pop-up bars you sometimes see as you stroll around the lake. You can even hire a GoBoat and enjoy Canberra from the water. Or for a more sedate experience on the water, the MV Southern Cross offers sightseeing cruises on Saturday and Sunday mornings departing from the foreshore. The local area also has two convenience stores, hairdressers, beauticians, florists and a bottle shop.

Kingston Foreshore is a well established neighbourhood in Canberra. What makes the Foreshore so unique is the variety of great cafes, restaurants and bars right by the water. Watching the sunrise at one of the many restaurants on the Foreshore will make your stay that much more special!

Experience the luxury of waterside living where the city meets the lake in this executive style apartment. It's set within an easy stroll of the famed Kingston and Manuka shops, restaurants as well as the Kingston Foreshore.

Parks nearby include Norgrove Park, Bowen Park and Telopea Park.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.

Note:
Please note that roof replacement works are scheduled from April 14th to April 21st, 2025, during weekdays (7am–5pm), with potential noise and temporary access restrictions; dates may vary depending on weather conditions.
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.

2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" except for service or emotional support animals and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.

3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).

4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.

5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.

6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.

7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.

8. The property is not child-proofed and we don't have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot). However, children under adult supervision are permitted.

We are frequent visitors to Canberra and this is by far the best accommodation we’ve found. Great location, roomy, quiet and close to amenities, restaurants and the National triangle. We’ll definitely stay again.
