The property was clean and comfortable, and very conveniently located for our holiday stay. The garage was a great bonus that allowed us to store our bikes and rack securely. As other reviews have noted, the host has thoughtfully prepared the place and we found the fridge stocked with milk, etc., so we didn't need to immediately shop for breakfast items.

Recommend this place, great location, easy parking, kitchen fully equiped (even has sharp knifes), plus it is well stocked. Comfy beds and pillows. Very clean and communication was excellent, any issues were sorted straight away.

This is an excellent place to stay in Canberra. The attention to detail here is what makes the difference. Things like power boards beside beds are brilliant.The fridge is generously loaded with supplies when you arrive. The parking is simple and you are a 5 minute walk to the centre of Canberra. Loads of towels and blankets are great with super comfy beds. A coffee pod machine comes with a huge supply of Nespresso pods. Fresh flowers complete the picture. All in all a brilliant stay.

This home exceeded our expectations on so many levels. All of the creature comforts you would have in your own home had been thought of by William. We arrived to fresh lillies in a vase, and to a fridge stocked with fresh bread, milk, eggs and plenty of condiments for our stay. A Nespresso machine (with milk frother) was provided with plenty of pods for the duration of our stay. Above all else, the home was meticulously clean and organised. Small touches made our stay even more comfortable, such as plenty of soap and toiletries in both bathrooms, extra towels, a large container of laundry powder for the washing machine (and an outdoor washing line, with pegs). Even the provision of extra hooks in the bathrooms for towels made our stay with 6 people more comfortable.William was an excellent host, putting on lights in anticipation of our evening arrival, and checking in with us during our stay to ensure we had settled in ok. The garage was also kindly made available for storing our bikes during our stay.We would highly recommend this home and will definitely stay here again when we next head to Canberra. The home is also a short walk from shops, cafes and restaurants, making it an excellent base for exploring the city.Thank you for an amazing stay, William!

Our second visit, have stayed in both front and back houses - both very clean, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, hot showers. definitely a great location with ample parking on site. We are not keen on air conditioning so a fan would have been appreciated. Definitely recommend staying in either house.

We felt like we were visiting old friends! William was incredibly welcoming and available for anything we needed. His place and space were exactly what we wanted, and accessible to all sorts of food, shopping and entertainment. Transportation was easy, the neighborhood a nice place to stroll. Perfect location

It’s fantastic place with all amenities if visiting Canberra. The location is perfect and the house was absolutely clean. There were clear instructions and communication from the property manager and it was a very pleasant stay. Definitely recommend booking this if planning to stay near city.

William made us feel right at home. The unit was thoughtfully prepared, the welcoming flowers were beautiful. The kitchen facilities were well stocked with all the appliances you would need during your stay for preparing meals. The extra touches of eggs , butter, bread and the selection of teas and coffees was greatly appreciated. The unit is spacious, centrally situated and has a lockable garage. It was an ideal location for daily trips doing the tourist sites of Canberra, most within a 15 minute drive. We would highly recommend Braddon Central Sanctuary.

Great location and great accommodation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Braddon Sanctuary. The villa unit is well equipped, spacious and comfortable with great off street parking. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the vibrant Lonsdale St or to Civic and even walking distance to the War Memorial. William is a great host, easily contactable and very responsive. This was our second visit and we’ll definately stay there again.

Comfortable, well-equipped stay in heart of city

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. Had everything a family of four needed for a short intercity holiday, and was clean and well maintained. For those with allergies or sensitivity to smells, please be aware that strong fragrances are used throughout in cleaning and decor.

Great clean house

Wonderful location to the Canberra CBD shopping complex. The little extras were very appreciated. Parking on the property was perfect. House was very close to all the touristy things we wanted to do.
