Great home in west PEI

Beautifully maintained home on the lovely Mill River. Very clean and lots of room. The hot tub and kayaks were a bonus and loved our morning coffee down the steps by the river. Matthew and Julia were great hosts who were easy to get in touch with.

The property was very clean on arrival, and everything was as listed. The view was stunning and made for a couple of beautiful sunrises we all enjoyed! The power in the area went out for a few hours one morning but we had brought several games to play in the meantime. The Hosts reached out to let them know if anything wasn't working when it came back on. Highly recommend this home!

The property was exactly as described in the ad. Welcome package including snacks, wine and compete bathroom toiletries was unexpected. Kitchen is equipped to prepare anything for anyone!! The view is outstanding and the hot tub worked as we expected...nicely. 4 mature adults stayed for 2 nights and were quite happy with everything. The folder with all info was a great help and communication with Julia and Matthew was quick. Would definitely recommend this property.

Why they chose this property

Gerald Lane was Julia's home, and we wanted to own a piece of Mill River for ourselves. In the summer, you can find a vibrant life on the river from boaters, swimming, kayaking, etc, and year round you can experience the beauty of nature from watching eagles sore overhead, trout jumping right out front and the peacefulness this quiet area brings. In the winter, this property is perfect for snowshoeing, ice fishing, and many other activities.

What makes this property unique

This property is unique because of our landing area on the banks of the river. You can enjoy a coffee, sunbathe, and relax while looking out over the river.
