The suite has a king-size bed and two single beds that are tucked under the king-size bed. It has a television, ceiling fan, and split air conditioning. In the kitchen there is a table, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave oven, cooktop stove, air fryer, electric coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, tap water filter, cutlery, pots, glasses, and plates. The house does not provide food products, nor Cleaning/Hygiene. Household appliances operate on 220 volts. The Monte das Oliveiras residential complex, located in Arraial D'Ajuda, is 350 meters from Parracho beach (accessible by stairs on foot) and 2 km from the center.
