We had a great vacation week for 9 of us. The house is on a quiet country road with many trees. Room for outdoor games. Close to town. The kids were drawn to the pond, frogs and often saw a heron. The beaches are very close by, along with Sanders Market. There’s a very nice miniature golf course in Erie. That was a lot of fun. The pool was the main attraction with the slide and diving board. Water temp was perfect. House well-furnished. Fire pit. Bedding, cleanliness, housewares all great. Only 2 of the bedrooms had an AC unit, so the house could get warm in the summer months. Owner was quick in response to any questions. This was one of the nicest homes we’ve rented.

The VRBO is and awesome property. Everything was as listed. Great communication with the owner with very quick response. plenty of room for our family vacation. The pool was clean and a lot of fun. We booked next years vacation already

Everything was great, we Loved the indoor pool and the size of the place. It is in the country but a short drive to the town of North East with lots of dining options

Great pool....no a/c.

Loved the pool! We used it daily. Beautiful place with lots of room to spread out but....no a/c except in 2 bedrooms. Didn't see this ahead of time because it wasn't in the listing but in the FAQs area. It was hot while we were there and sleeping was a problem since only 2 bedrooms had window a/c units. Just be aware, if you are traveling in the hot summer months that there isn't a/c throughout the house. Otherwise, a great place to go! The host was great to bring us a couple of more fans and to answer questions I had. Again, the pool is amazing and our grandkids had a great time everyday swimming for a few hours!

Family Fun Days!!

Everything on site is well stocked, even to the point of fresh ground coffee options! Amenities were excellent - towels, linens & bedding were beautiful! And the pool was a huge hit with our family! It had the feel of country chic living, which we prefer.For those traveling with older family, all living can be done on one floor, entry level, apart from the pool area. Gates & layout were thoughtfully done.

This house is pretty great for a family get together.Twelve of us stayed in this house in late July, and we enjoyed it quite a bit. The indoor pool is wonderful. The water was comfortable, and the deep end is deep enough for diving. The slide was a lot of fun too.The dining room has plenty of room for eating together, and the living room has plenty of room for sitting and visiting. The TV seems very good, although we hardly turned it on. The kitchen is laid out well, and has all the appliances you need to make reasonable meals.The driveway is large, and it is pretty fun to walk around the pond in front and watch the frogs leap into the water from all their little hiding places. The yard is well kept, and the grand kids had fun running around and throwing a ball with their dad. We used the fire pit a couple times, and that did not disappoint either.The house can get a little warm, since it doesn't have air conditioning throughout. There were two bedrooms with window units when we were there.So, overall, the stay here was a lot of fun. It is a little out in the countryside, which makes it quiet and private, but still only about 30 minutes from Erie and all the fun things that can be done there.
