This newly renovated 4.5 star heritage home is in a prime downtown Charlottetown location and we have 3 rental units on the property, one on each floor. We are walking distance to city center, Victoria Park, many great restaurants, theatre, shopping, city transit, night-life activities and coffee outlets.
Located amongst many beautiful heritage homes it’s charm and spectacular view is hard to find in a city. You will find many wonderful things to enjoy, all within walking distance!

Lovely suite, very well appointed and maintained, with a stunning view. Great location within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Myrtle and Vaughn created a wonderful place. Thanks for sharing.

Nothing but positives about this property. It is beautiful, immaculate, close to everything and well run. Also, being on the water was such a special bonus. Will be recommending to all our family and friends.

Beautiful rooms. Historic charm everywhere. We loved how clean it was and how thoughtfully everything was laid out. Hosts are lovely people and could not have been more helpful. This is a great spot to stay.

We have stayed at a lot of properties but this one is the very top of the list! The host goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The house is absolutely spotless, comfortable, and beautiful. It is within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping and the ocean is steps from the back door. The gardens are beautiful and whimsical and a great place to relax and enjoy the view of the boardwalk and bay. We hope to visit here again!

We enjoyed everything about this beautiful home/unit. It was as advertised; clean, well decorated/remodelled, spacious and private. The hosts were kind providing a warm welcome and departure. The gardens, view and grounds are stunning.I recommend staying here when visiting Charlottetown.

The Elinor Suite was absolutely perfect, it had everything we needed. Stunning views, and a lovely garden and chairs to enjoy the bay from. Also within walking distance to everything. We can't wait to come back!

Stunning suite with great views over the garden and the seashore. Lots of space to sit and admire the view or eat at the kitchen table or watch tv in the bedroom. Lovely shower and soaker bath. Great location - just steps to the Victoria Park bayside boardwalk and a few minutes walk to downtown and the harbour. Host was very friendly and the garden was a beautiful place to sit out. The Elinor suite is up 2 flights of stairs so just be aware if you have mobility problems, but the view is worth it.

Myrtle was a fabulous host. The Elinor Suite was clean, comfortable, and convenient. It is within walking distance to Victoria Park and downtown Charlottetown. Myrtle made sure we had everything we needed and took the time to chat with us during our stay. She responded quickly to questions as well. We were so fortunate to stay at such a lovely home during our first visit to P.E.I. Thank you!

We have been travelling and using hosts for years. This was the first real communication and genuine connection we have ever had. The hosts are wonderful people. The property and suite are gorgeous. So much care and attention put into everything single part. Location was fantastic for walking to restaurants, the harbour, pubs, etc. Would definitely recommend this to anyone!
