Fantastic property overall for a couple. Location was excellent with a short convenient walk to all the shops and restaurants. Very nice decor and felt very homey and relaxing. Owner communication was awesome and very responsive at all times. Check in process was easy and seamless. Definitely would recommend staying here. 10/10 for sure.

The excellent value for us in selecting this property was all about the location! It sets right on the water in the Ctown harbor and has a beautiful view. The Adirondack chairs set up on the water's edge provide a wonderful resting point at the end of the day. The property is very close to all the downtown amenities- parks, restaurants, shops, etc. Parking is well set-up behind a gated entrance.

The main problem with this accommodation was at the bedroom was very very small. You could barely walk down either side of the double bed and the one closet in the room would not open without moving the bed over to access it. Overall, very small tight accommodations for the price we paid. Worth about half the cost and certainly not 500 a night would not rent this again.

We are quite disappointed in this review. A 2 star review is not deserved. We have over 170 - 5 Star Reviews on our waterfront condo. I understand that we can not please everybody, but we do try. The last guest that stayed in our condo gave us a 5 Star review. This guest checked in the next day and gave us a 2 Star. I encourage all future guests to read our previous reviews and not the review of this guest.

We loved it! It was very clean and in the best location EVER! The host was very quick to respond and accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it highly.

The property was perfect! We stayed there for 4 nights and we were very comfortable. The location is great and walkable to amazing restaurants after all our day tripping adventures. Oh and you can't forget a beautiful view of the harbour from the property.

We had a lovely stay at the condo that was located right by the water and conveniently near shops and restaurants in downtown Charlottetown. The hosts were responsive and accommodating.

Cozy stay

Place is cozy and well equipped. Great location, walkable to all amenities, great sunrises and quiet. Counter space in bathroom is minimal but sufficient.

A beautiful stay

This condo in Charlottetown, was located in a beautiful spot overlooking the city’s harbor. It was convenient to the shops and historical places and was within walking distance. The condo was clean and had one of the best kitchens we have stayed in and the shower was the best. I would highly recommend staying here during your visit to Charlottetown.

We stayed in the one bedroom condo for 3 night's! We absolutely loved the condo! The waterfront property is beautiful & the inside of the condo was nicely decorated! Love the nautical/beach theme. The condo had everything we needed & it was very cozy. We definitely had wished we were able to stay longer than 3 nights! Do not hesitate to book this property!

Compact unit on the peaceful harbour

The boat house is a very compact space for two. All of the harbour and downtown is an easy walk. And the direct view of the harbour is great.

We were very happy with the unit with one exception, the bed was against the wall making it hard to get in and out in the middle of the night. It was close to the waters edge and nice to sit out there in the chairs provided. The unit was very clean and the washer/dryer was welcome. Only a 1 block walk to downtown and so many restaurants to choose from. We also had parking right by our door.

A wonderful place to stay and walkable to everything. Only complaint: I asked the owner for a suggested taxi and my question was never responded to. The answer was not in the manual. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for allowing us to use your condo. Fred

Would have liked

To have someone check with me once during my stay. Ants are not a big problem but I'd like to have had an ant trap, and bathtub mat would have felt safer - just little things a conversation would have handled. Otherwise, great suite, appreciated having a washer/dryer, and everything else was terrific.

Was the perfect location with all the amenities one would need for a relaxing stay that included, coffee filters, washing machine pods, dryer sheets, dishwashing tabs, well equipped kitchen. We watched a sailboat regatta sail by as well as 3 cruise ships. There was a comfortable sitting area just outside the front door under a cover plus the chairs down by the waterside. We walked a couple of streets to restaurants, various stores, a mall, etc. The place was clean, attractive & great parking. The photos are very accurate. The one negative was the long side of the bed was pushed up against a wall. If two were in the bed, the wall hugging person had a choice of crawling over the other or shimming down to the bottom of the bed and getting out on that end. Once the owner gets creative and fixes that problem, you will have a most excellent stay. The location allowed us to see and drive all the coastal drives and major attractions. My top attractions were: The North Cape and a visit to see the Wind Turbines and walk along the coast, a visit to Greenwich on the East Coastal route to walk the floating boardwalk out and over the tall dunes, and a return visit to the Dunes Gallery along the central Coastal drive. We discovered the Gallery 10 years ago and it is even better now. Plan for 1-2 hours to tour the gallery, the grounds and to eat lunch. The whole place is stunning.

If I could give this place higher than a five I would. The communication was above and beyond. The location was perfect. It was quiet and peaceful. It was well done so that we could faintly hear footsteps above us which is not at all normal in an older building. Usually you would hear everything and that is not the case. The place was well equipped. Places we’ve stayed in the past we’ve had to bring a lot with us or go shopping at Walmart or a dollar store to get what we were missing. It had air conditioning and we were happy about that. We are already planning for next year or if they have a cancelation for this year we will return again this year.
