Beautifully renovated 3-bedroom beach inspired house featuring new timber floorboards and plantation shutters. Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the house. Freshly painted and ready for guests. The house is centrally located to nearby beaches,cafes and shops, five minutes drive or bus ride and you are at some of Sydney's most iconic beaches. The bus stop is about 100m away. A beautifully landscaped backyard, featuring a great entertaining deck with BBQ looking out to gumtrees and has access via the back gate to an oval and play ground.
