Executive luxury furnished large one king bedroom with private roof top and hot tub. Mountain and water views.
This home is only a couple years old so everything is new and top of the line.
Lots of natural light with this west facing top floor corner unit.
The space
A private roof top that includes a large seating area , as well your own hot tub that overlooks the city and mountains . The roof top has smart turf as well as a natural gas barbecue , and 6 person dining table .
The unit is the top floor corner unit . Great natural light with lots of west facing exposure but very private .
Top of the line televisions and entertainment.
Custom wood stand up bar as well as 4 person table with another private deck off the kitchen.
Other things to note
Olympic Village is a 10 minute walk and has a great grocery store , plus there are numerous restaurants and brew pubs very close .
Across the street is a great park that has a private basketball court , outdoor running track and fabulous grass field .
