Furnished, very clean private studio located in Vancouver in a safe, quiet, and trendy neighborhood.

Easy access to UBC and Downtown, and close to beaches, restaurants, bus routes, and beautiful parks.

The space is completely private with its own entrance. Free street parking is available directly in front of the house. Very walkable and pleasant area.

We are Superhosts on Airbnb, committed to providing an excellent guest experience.

IMPORTANT KITCHEN NOTICE

Our kitchen features a new white quartz countertop. Please avoid placing or preparing strongly colored items directly on the countertop, including turmeric, curry, red wine, berries, food coloring, and similar products, as they may cause permanent staining.

For your convenience, a cutting board, a silicone cooktop cover, and trays have been provided and must be used when preparing or handling these items. Please clean any spills immediately.

Any permanent staining or damage requiring professional repair or replacement may result in additional charges.

Cozy in a nice area

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was in a nice part of town and the host left us some extra snacks and drinks. It was clean and had everything we required.

The place was perfect! Everything was very clean, comfortable and the host went above and beyond. It was my anniversary weekend with my boyfriend and she left a card and a bottle of wine for us. There was also little snacks and drinks in the fridge which was much appreciated. I will definitely be back

The place was very clean. We wanted the big city and also wanted peace and quiet and this property was great for that. We loved the extras, like the snacks , coffee and tea choices. The just was very accessible and answered any questions we had. We definitely would stay here again.

This was the perfect space for me. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Nitra was friendly and helpful and responsive to messages when I had questions. Pleasant, walkable neighbourhood. I would definitely stay here again

Great stay in Vancouver

Great location in a lovely neighbourhood. The apartment had a walk out to the backyard with table and chairs and a barbecue with a nice view of the beautiful garden. The kitchenette had all the amenities you need and was perfect for our five day stay.Thank you to our host for all the extras too (coffee tea, milks, Yogourt, eggs and snacks too). The house is close to many beaches and to UBC, Kitsilano and Granville. We walked easily to lovely coffee bars on 10th. We would rent here again.

This suite was excellent. The garden outside was beautiful. It is very close to the beach and parks. Due to location sometimes it’s takes a bit to get into central vancouver and beyond. The amenities provided were great and it was a quiet restful place. This host was fantastic. The suite was perfect for a couple! I highly recommend this place.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re delighted that you enjoyed the landscaping and the neighborhood. During the summer season, guests also have access to an outdoor dining set and BBQ area in the backyard, providing additional seating and a pleasant outdoor space to relax and enjoy meals. Our studio is primarily designed as a comfortable base for travelers exploring Vancouver’s beaches, parks, hiking trails, and other local attractions. Most guests spend much of their time enjoying the outdoors and use the suite mainly for relaxing and resting after their daily activities. For this reason, we have intentionally furnished the space to maximize comfort while maintaining an open and spacious layout. We understand that guests have different travel styles and needs, and we appreciate your comments regarding the seating and tableware. We will certainly take them into consideration as we continue to improve the guest experience.
