Wake up in your cozy Queen Sized Bed in the quiet Hastings Sunrise. Across the street we have, T&T supermarket, variety of restaurants and more amenities. Nestled in the heart of East Vancouver, our house is close to downtown without the "busy-ness". 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath. Skytrain stations are a 5 minute Uber/Lyft away. Free Street Parking.
The space
Local attractions, downtown Vancouver, beautiful Stanley Park, Science World, PNE amusement park, and newly built Brentwood Mall shopping center via Uber/Lyft ride is all within 15 minutes drive away.

Total home size is 650sq ft laneway house. Host lives in on property so someone is close by if needed.

As neighbors surround our property, we would appreciate if you could keep noise down after 10pm. The neighbors have previously complained and they will call the police with any loud music and/or drunken screaming in the middle of the night.

Clean comfortable spot. Easy nearby parking, enough tools in the kitchen to cook with. Inexplicably there was a mattress propped up against the wall in the living room. There was a beautiful bathtub but unfortunately no way to plug it. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Everything was conveniently right around the corner from the place. The only thing I would recommend is maybe a full length mirror would've been great for when 3 females are renting.

Our stay was great. The location is nice and central for moving around Vancouver to see things. The unit was clean and comfortable. Parking wasn't great, but wasn't difficult either. The property manager was very responsive to the issue we had with the door lock. Overall, we were happy with everything.The only concern I'd have for future renters is that the property likely should not be advertised as sleeps five. The extra bed provided was ok as our kids are pretty easygoing but no sheets were included. It was summer and warm so not something we bothered the property manager about but could be more of a concern to others.

Poor. Housekeeper should be fired. Food from previous people in fridge, stove top smeared with cleaner and not wiped off, cleaning bottle in bathtub. Poorly stocked, no face cloths, no hand towels, no Kleenex, no basic spices.

Perfect as a Vancouver stay.

Really beautiful and clean 2 bedroom unit. A touch of a smaller kitchen but perfect for breakfast and coffee before heading out for the day. Really central and within walking distance to buses & the Skytrain to get to the downtown core. A place I've added to my try to book again next time I'm in Vancouver.

Agréable et pratique

Très jolie maisonnette bien équipée, confortable, toute neuve et étonnamment spacieuse. Le transport jusqu’au centre-ville se prend au coin de la rue (bus 16) et l’épicerie t&t market est juste en face avec plein d’autres petits commerces. Très pratique et facile d’accès. Quartier paisible et sécuritaire.

Nice newer place

All was very good. Only negatives were the stove oven was in need of a deeper cleaning. And WiFi did not work in bedrooms. Neighborhood was okay but not a place for a tourist. I’ll accept that oversight as mine. But the price reflected the location. I wish there was a 4.5 star option.
