About this property

A family home with a garden

Our house is situated in a peaceful residential area of Trouville-sur-mer (Aguessau) which is a pleasant stroll away from the lively rue des Bains and the historical brasseries (15min), the beach (20min) and the train station (10min).

The house includes 2 floors above basement level. In the basement there is a utility room which includes a washing machine and garden equipement (an electrical BBQ, a table, a parasol, chairs and a couple of long chairs). On ‘ground’ level, there is a fully-equiped kitchen, a living room and a restroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a shower room. One bedroom includes a doublebed and the other two single beds.

The garden is not overlooked and includes a lawn and a wooden deck.

Please note that children of all ages are welcome but due to several indoor and outdoor stairs we have preferred to indicate that our house is currently not safe for children under the age of 2 years old. Should you wish to come with a child under two we have the necessary baby equipement (bed & bath) available.

We’ve taken great care to restore our house and we always enjoy spending time here (despite the rain!) so we hope you will enjoy your time here too.

Magical!

The house was clean, lovingly furnished, just an amazing place to feel good, and it did not lack of anything (great kitchen, every necessary garden tool)! The hosts thought of everything and were reachable 24/7 and the location was perfect, near the beach and village.. We had a great vacation and would love to come back!

Das Haus verströmt Charme und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was gebraucht wird. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gewöhnt haben wir uns auch an die Umgebung; ein Wohnviertel, das im Umbruch ist, jedoch Ruhe bietet.

Wunderbarer Normandietrip

Vacances reposantes avec tout à proximité

La location est bien située pas trop loin du centre ville et de la plage -15-20 mns - c’était l’occasion de faire un peu de marche et Deauville est proche également à pied. La location est bien équipée et confortable malgré l’humidité et est située dans une impasse donc pas de circulation. Une petite attention avec des pâtes et une bouteille de cidre à été très appréciée. Merci

Ein altes malerisches wundervolles saniertes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage. Sehr nette Vermieter. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen sicher wieder.

Superbe maison récemment rénové

Très belle maison récemment rénové et meublé avec goût. Le fait d'avoir une machine a laver et un lave linge a disposition et un plus, surtout quand on séjourne avec des enfants! On a aussi vraiment apprécié les petits détails comme le paquet de pâtes et la sauce qui nous attendait a notre arrivée après un journée entière sur la route. Les seuls petits inconvénients étaient l'emplacement de la maison sur le haut d'une colline qui fait le retour a pied d'une journée de plage un peu fatigant, et les lits des enfants qui étaient un peu étroits (notre plus jeune est tombé du lit quelques fois pendant notre séjour).

Ruhig und mittendrin

Bei dem Haus handelt es sich um einen liebevoll kernsanierten, charmanten Altbau in einer Sackgasse in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel am Berg gelegen. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind dort vorhanden. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten am Hafen und an der Promenade und in knapp 20 Minuten am weitläufigen Strand. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich eine gut ausgestattete Küche, WC und Wohnzimmer, im Obergeschoss das Duschbad und zwei Schlafzimmer. Vor dem Haus ist eine kleine Rasenfläche und eine Holzterrasse, Gartenmöbel und Sonnenschirm sind vorhanden. Ein gut funktionierendes WLAN ist auch vorhanden. Der nette Kontakt mit den Vermietern funktionierte schnell& reibungslos auf Englisch und Französisch. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen und wir können uns gut vorstellen, noch mal wieder zu kommen. Merci beaucoup!
