Located in the peaceful, charming Renfrew Heights area, this suite is a short 5 minute drive to local amenities (grocery store & cafe/restaurant) and only ~5 minute walk to bus stop and 29th Avenue Skytrain. 15 minute drive or transit to downtown or Metrotown. You'll find it very easy to get around places on foot and by car.

Upon arrival you'll find all the essentials you need such as fresh linen, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, a washer/dryer combo, private bathroom, Smart TV with Netflix, unlimited high speed Internet (up to 500Mbps) and fully stocked kitchen!

The bedroom features a queen-sized bed, and the sofa in the living room pulls out into a double-size bed for extra sleeping space.

Free street parking is available right outside the home.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here. The place was very close to the sky train as advertised. The check in process was very easy and convenient, and the couch bed was very easy to set up.

Nice accommodation and very close to sky train. Was nice to be outside of downtown but close enough to get around easily. Was clean, good communication with host, and would stay there again.

Great spot for the night. Appreciate the fans to keep the space cool. Was quiet and easy to access. The photos were very helpful to make sure we found the right spot. Thank you and will stay again for sure.

The host was very responsive to answering questions. The place was as described, cosy. Probably best suited to people with no mobility issues as you need to step into the bath to shower. Everything we needed was supplied. Perhaps some local information eg what’s nearby, where to get groceries etc would have been helpful. The skytrain was close and easy to use.

Overall a decent stay for the cost, but the walls are thin and you can hear everyone upstairs. The bed and linen are not great and the bathroom was also not cleaned well. Would stay again just for the night if needed.

Great location. 5 minute walk to the skytrain station. Walkability score would be 7/10. Excellent communication with the owner. He replies quickly. A couple of deficiencies we found:Pillows are flat and needs to be laundered.People above the unit were inconsiderate with noise. They were loud; feet stomping and people seemed to be partying from 11 pm - 330 am. Otherwise, it was a mediocre place to stay.

Smooth Check in. Convenient location to sky train. Clean. I could not figure out how to turn on the shower but that was probably a user issue. Overall great stay.
