The suite is compact but functional with 2 smaller windows. Accessible, quiet residential neighbourhood with easy access to surrounding areas via car or public transportation. Distance is 1km to Oakridge or Langara skytrain stations. Ample free street parking.

Greatly equiped apartment

We really enjoyed the location near the sky train in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Carrie and Rob pay a lot of atention to details, we had everything we need, as if it was our own home: shampoo, conditioner, soap for laundry, a dryer, hair dryer, seasoning and oil for cooking, coffee, etc. Also everthing was well-described with signs and photos. For me these little things make the difference! Really recommend this apartment.

The suite was spotless and had every amenity we could possibly need! The host was very responsive and understanding when an issue came up. It's in a very nice, quiet area of the city and is about a seven-block walk to the Oakridge-41st train station. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We were an older couple so it didn’t really suit our needs. The bed was against one wall and the bath/ shower had nothing to hold onto when getting in and out. Otherwise spotlessly clean.

Carrie and Rob have really thought of every amenity you could need for a comfortable stay, and the property is exactly as pictured (cozy and clean). They were welcoming and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process, and heck in and out was super smooth. The Oakridge area was lovely and quiet, and easily accessible by public transit from YVR and into downtown Vancouver. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Vancouver!

Beautiful neighborhood and wonderful property…. Very happy with the stay. The amenities were beyond expectation. It was unseasonably warm so we had the door open at times to increase airflow… our hosts were wonderful and cool with that. We loved our visit to Vancouver… definitely recommend this location for your visit.

Stay at Carrie and Robs

The suite is great! Check in is very easy with clear instruction and great communication from our hosts, the space is super clean and has everything you need. The neighbourhood is very cute and has a couple of shops and restaurants that are walkable, would happily stay again!

I had a great stay in this perfect 1- bedroom suite. It is a true home away from home. The neighbourhood is quiet and on a lovely tree-lined street. The response from the hosts, Carrie & Rob, to my questions (this was my first Vrbo stay) were first-rate and swift. I would highly recommend this Vrbo!

Everything I needed for a 3 night stay in Vancouver. Well appointed. Close walk to the train so I could easily get downtown and to and from the airport.

Clean, quiet and comfortable apartment

We spent three nights in Vancouver visiting family. This was the perfect place to stay. The bed was comfortable and the area is very quiet at night. The bathroom is extremely well stocked with an assortment of shampoos and bath gels. Street parking is free and plentiful. Thank you to our hosts.

Best stay in Vancouver yet

We're definitely booking this place again. The neighborhood is gorgeous, the apartment is fully furnished and perfect for a couple visiting Vancouver. The owner was immediately responsive and friendly. All the appliances seemed brand new, and there were tons of little extras around the place that made things easier. Extra shopping bags, umbrellas, games, books. Whenever we realized we forgot something, somehow it was there. Loved this place. We'll definitely book again.

Cozy clean place to stay

Very clean and well appointed place to stay in Vancouver. Quiet location. Close to Bloedel Conservatory and Van Dussen Gardens. We had a car rental, so unsure about public transportation. Owners were easily accessed. Great stay!

Vancouver getaway

This is a beautiful property with easy parking and in easy driving distance to many different tourist attractions. The bathroom and kitchen were well stocked with little extras to make your stay more comfortable. A very new and clean suite. We enjoyed our time in Vancouver escaping the colder prairie winter.

Excellent one bedroom in a quiet neighbourhood

Very clean, nicely decorated and well outfitted. This suite is in a quiet neighbourhood but fairly close to retail areas and public transit is only minutes away. The managers communicated clear instructions and responded in a timely manner. I would definitely stay again!

We are a small family with a little Havanese dog living in the upper two floors of the house. When we are not working or going to school we like to travel and do things around the home or city.

We hope that our basement suite can be a nice, comfortable place guests can call home during their stay in Vancouver.

Quiet, family-oriented residential neighbourhood. Tree-lined streets with lots of free street parking. We are walking distance to Oakridge Centre which is currently under redevelopment.
Nearby at Alberta St/49th is the Langara YMCA.
Tim Horton’s, Polo Market, Mary Brown’s Chicken, and Roots coffee shop at Main/49th. Subway/Chevron gas station/Van Tea HK Cafe at Main/41st. Starbucks/Bonjour Banh Mi at Cambie/37th.
Chatime Bubble Tea at Cambie/48th.
All are within reasonable walking distance.

Modern passive house. Basement suite with stair access and 2 small windows for natural light. Equipped with an HRV (Heat Recovery Ventilator System) that makes our home healthier, cleaner, and more comfortable by continuously replacing stale indoor air with fresh outdoor air. You will hear the HRV system occasionally (sounds like a fan).
