Condo was very clean, great views and location. Much larger than expected. The large jetted tub was a plus to have after walking all day and being tired. Very relaxing. Ejoyed our stay and will use again.

Lots of space and a great location. We were looking for a place that had a slip with put in access nearby. This fit that bill to a T. The bonus was having a lot to store the trailer. Couldn’t have asked for more there. Loved being only minutes from Branson, Dogwood Canyon and Persimmon Hill farm!

The condo is very spacious and clean. It is in need of some updates- loose tiles, grout chipping etc. the beds were relatively comfortable, but could use replacing. The couch in the living room was peeling. It is a decent place to stay, in a location that worked great for us. Customer service was very good. In a bind we would stay again, although we typically prefer something a little more updated.

Condo was clean, spacious and well stocked. The views of the wooded mountains were beautiful. This is located close to Brandon’s main attractions and table rock lake.

Unacceptable Property & Horrific Service – Checked Out EarlyWe canceled our stay and checked out after the first night due to severe property neglect and a complete failure of customer service.Management was completely unreachable when we had issues, ignoring hours of phone calls and routing us to an unmonitored voicemail box. Yet, they shockingly had no issue texting us to coordinate a refrigerator repair appointment scheduled by a prior guest. Local staff flatly refused to address our complaints but expected us to manage their maintenance logistics during our vacation. They eventually allowed a penalty-free cancellation for the remaining nights but refused to refund the first night, which we only stayed because alternative lodging could not be found on short notice.Major issues encountered:* Hygiene: Stained bedding (appearing to be blood) forcing my kids to sleep on blankets we brought, a splattered mess on the cabinets and ceilings, and heavy dust on the furniture, and stained furniture.* Neglect: A badly torn interior sofa and broken, unserviceable patio furniture.* Safety & Security: A smoke detector beeping continuously , no on-site office, and an unhelpful host company. The door did not latch properly and we put our suitcases in front of the door for security.* Misrepresented Amenities: The advertised "screened-in porch" was entirely open and covered in debris.We paid premium rates for what amounted to a low-tier, subpar budget motel. Avoid this property!
