This rustic cabin has its own waterfall and wadding pool! It had a pack and play and high chair for our grandchildren along with an extra large crate for our dog. We all had a blast in the beautiful backyard!!! Would highly recommend staying here.

The cabin’s waterfall was so refreshing!! From the master bedroom, you sit up in the bed and it’s the first thing you see!! Great design! Everything was perfect! Thanks for allowing us to share your lil slice of this side of Heaven. May God Bless You ALL!

Loved staying here! The waterfall is amazing, and the views from the home are lovely. Only drawback - It was RIGHT off the road, and there was heavy machinery moving the remnants of a landslide, otherwise it would be a very peaceful place.

We loved the cabin! This place is the perfect illustration of the saying, “Don’t judge a bike by it’s cover.” At least for the time being. We drove up and there was a construction site in front. My heart sank. Then we went inside and the large picture window with full view of the 20ish foot waterfall put me at ease immediately! It was super pet friendly. Our lab had a blast fetching balls in the water for hours and hours! The hot tub has the perfect view of the waterfall! We enjoyed the fire pit and the outdoor seating. The appliances are all brand new in the kitchen- well stocked cookware and utensils! All in great condition! Plenty of plates and silverware. The den had plenty of seating for all! Great reclining couches that were awesome for healing our weary bones after all the hikes! We spent our time between Cashiers and Highlands- not too far to either place! We will definitely be booking again! Wish there had been a downstairs bedroom. No way to take my elderly parents to stay - stairs are just tooooo steep to the upstairs. We did love it!

Property was perfect for a getaway with my family. The waterfall behind the cabin with the fire pit directly beside it was the perfect place to spend evenings together. An easy and beautiful drive to the cabin centrally located between Franklin and Highlands.

The waterfall is amazing, and at night with the lights on it it is even better. The living room looks out onto the falls. Parking was easy. There is a little construction going on on the main road, but it is not a bother at all. I read a previous review about water pressure, it was fantastic, so maybe they just caught it on a bad day. Access is a breeze. There is a Food Lion coming in and an ABC store. Its a good place to stop. Also, for any last minute items there is a Dollar General nearby. If you bring water shoes you can wade out under the falls. We also used the fire pit, there was wood but I would recommend bringing some kindlin and fire starters and lighters. The hot tub was great as well. There is a grill that is easy to use and if you are a dog family a crate is provided. We did some laundry as well and the machines were great (we forgot some things and had to re-use some clothes). There is not much for cell phone service, which is fine, because you can just login to the internet and use wifi for calls. Speaking of the wifi, sometimes when you get off the beaten path it is not great, I had to do some work and it was great. There are games for the kids provided as well. Coffee machine can do pots and cups. Not far from Dry Falls and the Highlands, where you will pay this much for just a room without a waterfall. Great value for the money and we would stay again for sure. Book and enjoy!

Great Location and beautiful property

Had a great stay and loved this property. The waterfall was great and kids loved playing in the creek. Location is perfect and very convenient to both Highlands and Franklin. We will definitely book this cabin again!

Fantastic getaway! Location was great between Franklin and Highlands. Access and parking for normal cars - do not need 4 wheel drive to get to property. Waterfall is shared with neighbors but had no idea they were even there.Will book again!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, with proximity to hiking trails and other activities in each direction.The pictures don't do the backyard justice, as it was amazing. Not a much better view for coffee or anything.....The house met our needs and the kitchen was equipped with all needs. Very relaxing and highly recommend. Host was very responsive as well.

Perfect stay

We spent Thanksgiving there and had a great time! My sons said it felt like home. The location is beautiful and the house is cozy. The pictures don't do the waterfall justice. Very cool property. Close to Franklin and Highlands and lots of waterfalls/hiking! We'll definitely be back!

The view of the waterfall is amazing and very relaxing. The house was very clean and nicely stocked with all the basics. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

It was a neat place! The waterfall is amazing, we could look out the window and see it lit up beautifully at night from the main room and the master bedroom.. it was peaceful.. we live the natural fire place and outdoor fire pit.. location was excellent for Franklin, Highlands, and Cashiers- Highly recommend staying there!

The wow 🤩 review

Definitely enjoyed my stay in this rare find of peace and tranquility with the majestic waterfalls right out your back door and the babbling Brook along the cottage is almost something I had a fantasies. Yes, the house is rustic, but comfortable and cozy, but my main reason of going there Wasn’t to sit in the cottage it was to explore the great outdoor outdoors and the various waterfalls throughout the area I would highly recommend anybody that loves nature and the sounds of water to come try this fantasy property for themselves.

Waterfall Trip

The stay was amazing the waterfall is so beautiful the house is exactly as described “rustic “ but very clean a few little things should be put on the Fix list- 2 cracked windows in the dining area and the cushions on your outside furniture need replacing “stat” but this did not affect our overall stay. We had a great time and will be back Hilary
