As you step inside, you'll be welcomed by beautiful coastal décor in the living room, a theme that flows throughout the entire home. The open-concept design leads you into the sunlit dining room and kitchen area, creating a bright and inviting space to prepare and enjoy meals with family and friends.
Right off the dining room, step out onto the brand-new deck, where you can soak up the Cape Cod sun, fire up the gas grill for a barbecue, or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach.
This home features three spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and central air conditioning to keep you cool during warm summer days. The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor and offers a cozy queen-sized bed. A full bathroom is also located on the first floor for added convenience. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, separated by another full bathroom.
In addition to its wonderful indoor and outdoor amenities, this property provides access to Owl Pond, located just 0.4 miles away! Spend your days kayaking, swimming, or simply relaxing by the water, all within a short stroll from your vacation home.
