Excellent stay at Joy cottage. It is a very cute, well-appointed and maintained cottage in a very quiet area. Great location for getting to different areas of the Cape. Communication with the hosts was easy and prompt. I highly recommend it!

We were only able to stay one night because we were called back for work. Very nice location, we looked forward to walks to the pond and breakfast on the deck, maybe next time.Thank you for sharing your home.

Peaceful getaway

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Great weekend getaway

Place was exactly as advertised. Central and very easy drives to all the major beaches in Orleans as well as local restaurants/supermarket. Would definitely book again.

Weekend Getaway

Great spot for a weekend getaway. Perfect location to check out both mid and outer cape beaches and towns. Very clean, kitchen had everything you need to cook in, couch/tv area was cozy, and the fire pit set up is a nice bonus.

Great vacation home

Wonderful home in a great location to experience all the Cap has to offer. Stayed as a family of four and the cottage was everything that we could have asked for. Host was very friendly and check in and check out was very easy. If available we would definitely book again on a return trip.

Charming cottage. Beautiful, quiet setting

Perfect get-away!

Wonderful Stay

This house is perfect in every way. It is perfectly located on the Cape for day trips, and we loved its location in such a beautiful private neighborhood. The flora and fauna were great, especially the turkeys and the blooming rhododendrons. Our host thought of everything we could possibly need.
