Nestled just five minutes away from the pristine Smiths Beach, Island Treetops offers the perfect family getaway on Phillip Island. This double-storey home comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests, combining traditional charm with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay.
Situated on a generously sized block, Island Treetops provides plenty of space for relaxation and privacy. The interior is well-organized and welcoming, equipped with everything you need for a stress-free holiday. Additionally, YCW Beach is just a short stroll away, allowing you to enjoy the sand within minutes without needing a car.
The thoughtful layout is perfectly suited for families. The ground floor features three cozy bedrooms: the master and a second bedroom for adults, and a third bedroom with bunk beds and a smart TV to keep the kids entertained.
The upper floor extends the homeâs enchanting atmosphere, with a spacious living area ideal for family gatherings and a dining area that seats everyone comfortably. The house boasts two expansive decks; the south-facing front deck is covered and ideal for enjoying the outdoors in any weather.
