¡Lo mejor de este lugar es que tenemos acceso completo a la playa justo afuera de la puerta trasera! Podemos escuchar a los niños chillidos de alegría y las olas rompiendo en la orilla.

This house was absolutely beautiful! It exceeded our expectations and just made our stay much more special! Amenities were all terrific, everything was beautiful and clean, house deco was just gorgeous! The host was excellent to communicate with and very speedy on replies which is always helpful! Gorgeous property. Very well stocked well equipped kitchen. Beautiful bathrooms also very well stocked. Host was responsive and easy to reach! Perfect for a family stay with all ages! Dining table is perfect for large and small gatherings! Everything vas very comfortable and well loved! The views are captivating and relaxing and surfing seems to be a daily for the locals! They are so fun to watch! There is a Sonos sound available that is very easy to hook up to your Spotify. They really have thought of everything! It’s proximity to the circuit was perfect and walkable as well as driveable!

Wonderful beachfront property

This was our third year staying at Waikiki Beachfront with our two adult children and our grandchildren. The house accommodates the twelve of us exceptionally well with plenty of room to enjoy our time there. The location is superb with amazing views, close to the local cafe and a short drive to Cowes.

Amazing Family retreat

Jenny is the most wonderful host with a beautiful home. Located with beautiful views and walks this house suited our family retreat for 30+ year olds and our littlest members of the family 3 down to 2 weeks old. We could not have been happier and everything was at our fingertips. The kids loved the swings. Thank you Jenny. Couldn’t recommend this place enough

Family getaway

Fantastic house for three families over three generations. Lots to keep children entertained and lots of space to enjoy different activities. The view is spectacular and the beach is so close. The house has everything you need, we will go back next year which will be our third.

Heaven at Smiths Beach

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house is magnificent with a beautiful outlook to the beach. It is very comfortable with everything you would ever need provided for you. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our weekend. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation or if the opportunity arose to stay there again.

Family gathering

Had a fantastic weekend, house was amazing! 13 adults and 2 children had plenty of room and enough entertainment choices. Inside there’s plenty of things for everyone to do and the outside decks and play areas for the littlest ones gave them time and space away from us when needed. Had a couple of really small questions for Jen when we arrived and those questions were answered and solved immediately. Fantastic!! The beach is a short 2min walk right out the front of the property and it’s a beautiful beach. Our entire family all slept comfortably and we all really enjoyed our stay here. Thanks Jen.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate my son's 18th birthday than Jenny's beach house. It ticked all the boxes - luxurious comfort, premium quality amenities, cozy and relaxed vibe, stunning views, prime location and being in instant holiday mode from the minute you stepped in. My family and I were completely blown away! The house was clean & inviting. The six large bedrooms, multiple living zones and outdoor space meant we could all find enough room for 'Me time' as well as family time. We made full use of the large dining table for sit down meals and direct access to the beach meant plenty of walks by the ocean. The icing on the cake was witnessing the Aurora Australis from the balcony! What a wonderful few days! Memorable in everyway. Really appreciate Jenny for being so accommodating and responding swiftly to my messages. I can see why she is a 'Premium Host'!! My family would give more than 5 stars if that were an option! Hope to return someday! But until then, thanks very much Jenny, we absolutely loved our holiday!!

Family getaway

The property was lovely, with lots of different spaces to enjoy. Jenny was very easy to communicate with and answered any messages promptly. We had an issue with the BBQ which didn’t work on the first night, and it was resolved the following day. Overall, we had a great time at this beautiful property.

Fantastic Weekend

It was a fantastic weekend spent with three families in a stunning location. The house was very comfortable, and the breath taking views left us all in awe. However, we were taken aback when we discovered that there were cameras in a few areas of the house, which had not been mentioned when we made the booking a year ago. One of the cameras was positioned on the back deck, where we spent most of our time admiring the gorgeous scenery. This made us feel a bit uneasy at times, as if our every move was being watched. We have been going away together every year, but this was the first time we encountered such a situation. Despite this, we did not let it dampen our spirits and we still had a fantastic time. The dining table was perfect for accommodating all of us, and having direct access to the beach was incredibly convenient. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, and we had a great time together.

Wow!

What a house! Perfect location, perfect floor plan for large group of varying ages and perfect view. House had everything you could want amenities wise. Other houses we’ve rented have limited dinnerware, utensils, cookware etc but this had more than you could ever use or need. Loved our stay with a large family group. Jen was quick to reply if I had any queries. Only disappointing thing was we weren’t staying longer.

Beautiful house and location, however being watched on camera

Amazing house and location, however beware that the landlord who has planted cameras everywhere on the exterior of the house. We rented the house for our wedding weekend and within the first two hours of us arriving our parents came over to see the place and brought their dog without us knowing, the property does mention no pets so I told my Dad to please take him home, however within 2 minutes of them arriving and before he even had a chance to leave we received a phone call from the owner claiming that “neighbours” had alerted her their was a dog on the property, was incredibly aggressive on the phone and told us to “get out”. My cousins were staying in the only house that would have had vision of this, and the other side is a construction site, it became very clear they were watching us on the cameras. We ultimately said we weren’t leaving as we were getting married the next day but my Dad took the dog home. It was an honest mistake. The rest of the stay was quite uncomfortable knowing that we were being monitored. A week prior to our stay we were also asked to provide each individual that was staying at the properties name, phone number and home address which also felt like a breach of privacy, she claimed this was for insurance purposes and we wouldn’t be given access without it (something I had never come across before).

Incredible views, Amazing house.

Beautiful property, perfect for a large group. Location and views were incedible. Layout of the house was great. Floors in main areas were dirty and sticky, had to mop it when we got there.

Location amazing and what you see is what you get !!!

The house was simply amazing ! The location was a short walk down to the beautiful Smiths beach. The spaces and decor in the house -simply magnificent. Any concerns that I did have, I was able to contact the owner immediately and was adressed. I have stayed in many houses in Phillip Island and I would rank this one of the best !!! Would definately come back and stay again.
