Looking for the classic Boise experience and the up and coming Meridian experience? We have the perfect place for your family or group with this comfortable, newly remodeled, and fully refurnished private home.

This home features a perfect location being only minutes away from the newly built Meridian village and just a few miles from Downtown Boise. From classic Boise restaurants to the unique Village shopping, this location shares it all.

The Space:
HOTTUB in lush backyard.

Guest Access:
The kitchen is stocked with basic pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, silverware, and measuring cups. As well as a coffee maker, toaster, and large dining table. If you have a larger group, a helpful tip from us is to bring disposable plates, bowls, napkins, and utensils, to ensure everyone is accommodated. There is one smart TV in which guests are able to log into their personal streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc).

 

Parking available in garage with extra parking on the opposite side of the street. Uber/Lyft are also great options for this area!

Downtown Boise (Zoo, dining, museums, etc)

The Mall and Boise Aquarium

The Village in Meridian (shopping, movies, bowling, etc)

Bogus Basin Ski Resort

Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing
To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone.

Pet Policy
Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee:

$50 for 1 dog

$100 for 2 dogs

Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Please note: Pet damages are not covered by the pet fee.

Smoking & Substance Policy
This is a smoke-free home:

No smoking or vaping

No recreational drug use

Violations may result in loss of deposit and additional cleaning fees.

Neighborhood Quiet Hours
City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels outdoors and in common areas during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors.

Contactless Check-In & Host Access
We offer a seamless arrival with our smart lock system. If you need anything during your stay, we’re just a message or text away.

Digital Guestbook & Add-Ons
We provide a digital guestbook with essential details about your stay, house information, local recommendations, and checkout instructions. You can also request early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability and a small fee) through the guestbook.

Security Deposit & Damage Waiver
Some booking channels require a fully refundable $250 security deposit. If applicable, you’ll receive instructions after booking. The deposit is returned promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage or policy violation.
You may also choose to purchase a damage waiver and/or deposit for additional peace of mind.
