Bedrooms & Bathrooms Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with fresh linens, plush pillows, and comfortable beds to ensure a restful stay. Master Suite (Upstairs) – A spacious retreat with a king bed, a large walk-in closet, and a private en-suite bathroom featuring his-and-her sinks, a soaker tub, and a walk-in shower. Heron Room (Upstairs) – A cozy and stylish room with a queen bed. Sparrow Room (Upstairs) – Perfect for kids or friends, featuring two twin beds. Mallard Room (Downstairs) – A flexible bedroom/office with a twin bed, desk& chair with a monitor, and keyboard if you need a space for remote work or quiet relaxation. Bathrooms – All bathrooms are stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and quality hairdryers for your convenience.
Kitchen & Dining The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy, featuring modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials to cook and enjoy home-cooked meals. The dining area seats up to 7 guests and is surrounded by large windows overlooking the serene backyard, making every meal a scenic experience.
Outdoor Patio & Backyard Step outside to your private patio, a perfect spot for morning coffee, al fresco dining, or simply unwinding. The large Ash tree provides plenty of shade, making it a cool and comfortable retreat even on warm Boise days.We provide an out gas grill for BBQing.

What a beautiful home. Easy to entertain both inside and out. The power went out around midnight. It was a city power thing. John after calling multiple times to check on us, my phone was off drove over just to check if we needed anything. Quality home AND quaility owners.Wm
