The Space:
From the moment you arrive, the home’s coastal charm and lush tropical setting set the scene for a truly rejuvenating getaway. Upstairs, a bright open-concept living area is designed for relaxation and connection, with plush seating, a smart TV, and air conditioning throughout. The modern kitchen features quality appliances, ample bench space, and all the essentials for family meals or entertaining. Dine indoors or al fresco on your private patio with bi-fold doors that open all the way up, bringing the outdoors in. Outside, a sparkling private pool beckons for a midday dip or sunset cocktails.

This home offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms and three modern bathrooms, providing ample space and privacy for up to 9 guests. The sleeping arrangements include:

Bedroom 4: Two single beds
- Additionally, a floor mattress is available for extra sleeping space.

This stunning 3 story house set in the Twin Waters Resort, is part of a luxurious complex. The beach walk access is 50 m away, a communal pool is 25 m away, but of course, you also have the use of your own private pool.
Paddle skis, catamarans and the water trampoline are complimentary for guest use.

Just a short distance away you’ll find some of the Sunshine Coast’s most beautiful beaches, including Mudjimba Beach, perfect for swimming, surfing, and beachcombing. Enjoy peaceful walks and picnics in the well-maintained parks and gardens scattered throughout the area.

Twin Waters and the surrounding areas boast a variety of dining options, from upscale restaurants to charming cafes. Enjoy fresh seafood, modern Australian dishes, and international flavors. There is parking for 4 cars. Guest parking is also close by. There are golf buggies available to book from the complex reception. The Sunshine Coast Airport is approximately 6 kms away. The Brisbane Airport is 1.5-2 hours away.
Cabs and Ubers are always available.

Other Things to Note:
*Resort wristbands are available for your stay so all facilities can be enjoyed*

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.

We give our guests complete privacy but are available if needed.
