The Space:
Designed for relaxed and quiet stays, this contemporary apartment comfortably sleeps up to six guests with three bedrooms with wardrobes and ceiling fans, a spacious open-plan living and dining area, and a private balcony with leafy water views. Kick back on the lounge, enjoy a movie night on the Smart TV with DVDs, or wander down to the beach for a sunset walk.

The modern kitchen includes all major appliances, plus a rice cooker, and is stocked with essentials like tea, coffee, sugar, oil, and cleaning basics to make you feel right at home. There’s also a washer and dryer for guest use, and commercial-grade linen, extra blankets, and bathroom amenities are provided.

The Neighborhood:
Caloundra is home to a fantastic selection of restaurants, cafés, and boutique shops—all just a short stroll or drive away. The surrounding beaches are favourites among both swimmers and surfers, offering something for everyone. You’re also likely to catch a fish from the boardwalk at Bulcock Beach, which stretches from Golden Beach—overlooking beautiful Bribie Island—all the way to Bokarina Beach. It’s the perfect spot for a scenic walk or leisurely bike ride.

Getting Around:
Bulcock Beach is part of the town of Caloundra which is a drive of 1hour and 25 minutes from the Brisbane airport.

Plenty of public transport available. The Caloundra Transit centre is a 3-minute walk away. Buses leave from there regularly to Landsborough Train Station, linking Brisbane and Nambour, buses also depart to Maroochydore and Noosa.
