The Park Avenue 299-1790 condo offers 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, with 1260 sq. ft. of space and comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests. Located next to the cross-country ski trail and close to Park City Mountain Resort, it’s on the free bus route and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. The newly remodeled unit features a fully equipped kitchen, dining/living room, and half bath downstairs, with 2 private bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs. Bedding includes 1 king bed in the master bedroom and 1 queen bed and a new bunkbed offering a twin bed over a full sized bed. Large windows throughout the condo allow for plenty of natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Plus, air conditioning ensures comfort during the summer months. During the warmer months, enjoy the gas grill on the patio and the comfortable seating area in the private atrium—perfect for relaxing.
This quiet end-unit condo offers mountain views and is located just 100 yards from a grocery store, bike share station, and bus stop, with easy access to skiing and Old Town. The community is adjacent to the Park City Municipal golf course and cross-country ski area, and offers nearby hiking and biking trails. Guests enjoy private carport parking, additional uncovered parking, and guest parking.
Amenities include a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, laundry room, and free Wi-Fi. The unit is close to the pool, bus stop, and market, offering a peaceful retreat with easy access to all Park City attractions.
