Stay warm in the winter! The house and studio has double glazing and fully insulated throughout and spit/ electronic heaters and a great combustion fireplace in the living room for those chilly winter nights. (Wood self supply).

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE
WE have a VERY strict NO PARTY policy. This is a residential street and the neighbours will complain and inform us.

Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire home for the duration of their stay.

In 2020 Yarraville was named the fifth coolest neighbourhood in the world. The list, which was compiled with the help of Time Out editors and experts, ranks 40 of the planet’s cultural and culinary hotspots. Yarraville was the only Melbourne suburb to make the list.

Getting Around:
Yarraville Village, hosting many restaurants and bars is a 15-minute walk from our location or there is a bus stop 30m down the road (on our side of the street) which will take you straight to the village within 5 minutes.

There is access to the Westgate freeway around the corner.

Other Things to Note:
** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
