Just 15 minutes from Honfleur and its harbor, 25 minutes from Deauville and its beaches, and 1 hour and 40 minutes from Paris, this cozy, traditional Norman house is comfortable, spacious, and peaceful.
Located in the hamlet of Pottier, ideal for a weekend getaway or a stay with family or friends.

The house, facing due south, can comfortably accommodate 14 people; the garden is large with beautiful views of the countryside and the peaceful surroundings—the only sound you’ll hear is the birds singing….A Haven of Peace.

This small hamlet in the Normandy countryside has a few houses and a local cider press that produces traditional cider less than 50 meters away.
The region is exceptionally beautiful, near a nature reserve—the Marais Vernier—with hills and forests, close to the sea and the Seine.

The large garden is wooded and enclosed, facing due south; several apple trees at the foot of which you can have lunch or dinner in the shade in the summer and help yourself to fruit in the fall.
We have a court and balls for playing pétanque, outdoor furniture, and a barbecue for al fresco dining.
We also have plenty of space for parking vehicles.

The Accommodation
The house is traditional in style with high ceilings, exposed beams, and a large antique open-hearth fireplace—for which we provide firewood.
The living area is a generous 45m² and features a large dining table with chairs and benches for lunch or dinner for up to 14 adults, as well as a sitting area with sofas and armchairs surrounding the fireplace.

One bedroom is located on the first floor, and the other four are upstairs.

All five bedrooms—including the two family suites—are spacious and bright.
All the bedding is new and high-quality; you’ll sleep just like you’re at a hotel!
They are arranged as follows:
* 3 bedrooms equipped with hotel-quality queen-size beds (160×200)
* 1 suite equipped with a hotel-quality queen-size bed (160×200) and a single bed (90×200)
* 1 suite with one hotel-quality queen-size bed (160×200) and three single beds (90×200)

The beds will be made for your arrival, and we also provide towels. The sheets are made of cotton satin.

There are 2 separate bathrooms with a bathtub, shower, sink, and bidet; one on the first floor, the other upstairs.

The kitchen is a separate room, fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, and servingware. You’ll find a stovetop, conventional oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, conventional coffee maker, juicer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, and a large refrigerator.
We provide basic ingredients for your use: salt, pepper, oils, vinegars, as well as sponges and dish soap.

The laundry room, located on the first floor, is equipped with a dryer and a freezer, as well as a Miele vacuum cleaner.

The house also features free high-speed Wi-Fi and two desks to make remote work easier.

This is an ideal place to stay for families, friends, or groups. Children are welcome; we can provide cribs, high chairs, and more

The Surroundings:
The village square in Conteville (5 min by car/15 min on foot) has a small grocery store/produce stand that delivers bread, a bar/tobacco shop, and a post office. There’s usually a place selling takeout pizza, etc.

Grocery shopping can be done in the village of Beuzeville (10 min by car), where you’ll find local shops and supermarkets.

The beautiful town of Honfleur, with its harbor, restaurants, galleries, shops, cafés, beaches, tennis courts, and mini-golf, is just a 15-minute drive away.
The beaches of Deauville are a 25-minute drive away.
