Looking for a relaxing getaway in beautiful Sauble Beach? Our well-kept, family-friendly cottage is perfectly located just a 5-minute stroll to the beach and 3 minutes to downtown – close enough to enjoy everything, yet tucked away enough to unwind in peace.

Inside, the fully air conditioned cottage features three comfortable bedrooms – two with queen-sized beds and one with two twin beds – ideal for families. There’s a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and the kitchen provides the amenities you need to prepare meals during your stay. With two indoor sitting areas, you can choose to cozy up in the TV room or enjoy conversation in a more relaxed setting or surf the internet with complimentary Wi-Fi.

Step outside and enjoy the best of cottage life: a shaded outdoor seating area with furniture, a BBQ, and a private lot with patio area for games, dining, or relaxing. Gather in the evenings around the firepit, with chairs provided for your comfort (please note: firewood is not supplied). We also provide 4 beach chairs and a wagon to make your beach outings easy and enjoyable.

Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.

Please note:
• Guests are required to bring their own pillows, bed linens, towels, and personal wash cloths
• No pets allowed (service animals are permitted)
• Non-smoking – smoking is not permitted inside the cottage

To help keep rental costs reasonable, we ask guests to leave the cottage in the same clean condition in which they found it. We thoroughly inspect the property between each rental to ensure it meets our cleanliness standards, so everyone arrives to a fresh, welcoming space. If the cottage is not left clean, a cleaning fee will be applied.
