2 Bedroom cottage in the Heart of Sauble Beach

The Lazy Pines is a 2 bedroom cottage with sleeping accommodations for up to 5 people. This cottage is located on Second Ave. so closes to everything!

The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom has a double bed. There is a double futon for an extra guest.

The kitchenette/living room opens onto a large private deck. A three piece bathroom completes the cottage.

We provide a BBQ, propane and fire-pit to enjoy your evenings!

Check in time for the Lazy Pines is at 4 pm Saturday. Check out time is Saturday's at noon.

Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no shedding pets.

Amazing!

This was our 12th summer staying in Sauble, and after the horrible experience we had last year renting from a shady local realtor, it was such a relief to rent from someone who is trustworthy, easy to reach, and provides the cleanest cottage I've ever seen. Thank you so much, and we look forward to staying again!

This is a great cottage. Very clean. Seems to have had an upgrade done. New cupboards, counter, shower. Very nice. I’d definitely stay here again!

Fire poker

Everything was great, very shaded so even though there is no AC we were ok with all the ceiling fans. We did not have a fire poker to move the logs around, so just a suggestion.

Great location

This property is a 3-minute walk from the beach. It is clean with a modern feel (kitchen cupboards, fridge, shower but stove is dated). Shower had great water pressure and hot water. Water is not potable so make sure you bring your own for drinking, dishes, cooking. My only real complaint is that the mattresses were really uncomfortable- an upgrade would have made for a more enjoyable experience. Other than that no complaints.

An enjoyable place to stay

We had a very enjoyable week at this cottage. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and we enjoyed the BBQ and the fire pit. The cottage has a great location and the bakery down the street was an added bonus

Summer in Sauble

Cannot say enough about Sauble and the Bruce. The cottage location is great, 3 min walk to the beach or main street. Short drive to all the Bruce has to offer. Only negative is the water supply in the cottage. Need to address the colour and odor. It was difficult to get used to. Otherwise a nice and fully renovated place. Looking forward to next season.

Beach Vacation

The cottage was absolutely perfect! Really close to the beach and Main Street. Clean and had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. Looking at going back next year!

Great Getaway

We had a very nice time staying at Lazy Pines. Super close to the beach, the arcade, and all the activities at Sauble Beach. Stephanie was super accommodating and flexible. The BBQ worked great and was like new! We would totally come back for a stay!

My husband Steve and I purchased the Lazy Pines when our children were young. We have enjoyed the cottage as a family over the years but have really enjoyed renting the cottage out to other families. Our hope is that other families can make some fantastic summer traditions and memories at the Lazy Pines as though it were their own.

We have had many guest return annually, making the Lazy Pines their own. We love that!

Why they chose this property

The Lazy Pines is right in the heart of Sauble Beach! You'll love it! It is less than a 2 minute walk from the downtown and the beach with a partial view of the beach from the private deck.
The property is spacious and private and the cottage is open and bright with enough shade to keep it cool on hot summer days.
The cottage is fully stocked with everything you should need for your holiday!
Guests are very pleasantly surprised when they arrive to see the location of the property. People love it!
