Whether you’re after fresh air, farm life, or a relaxing drive through the countryside, this neighbourhood has it all.
Getting Around:
This property is ideally situated along the M420 South Gippsland Highway, offering easy access by car. Driving is the most convenient way to get around, allowing you to explore the countryside, nearby towns, and coastal destinations like Phillip Island and Inverloch.
Melbourne CBD is approximately 90 minutes away by car (about 95 km), with a straightforward drive via the South Gippsland and Monash Freeways. Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine) is around 1 hour and 30 minutes’ drive (approximately 120 km), making the property accessible for both local and interstate travellers.
Lang Lang town centre is just a 5–7 minute drive away (around 5 km), where you can find local cafés, grocery stores, a petrol station, and other daily essentials.
Free parking is available on-site. Due to limited public transport in the area, we highly recommend having your own vehicle to fully enjoy the peaceful rural surroundings and nearby attractions.
Other Things to Note:
Fire Safety: The fire alarm system in this property is monitored, and emergency services will be dispatched if the alarm is triggered. A minimum fee of $1200 will be charged for Fire and Emergency Services, and the guest will be responsible for all related fees and charges.
Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed.
Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.
Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.
Baby Equipment: Cots, high chairs, and baby baths are available upon request for $20 per item. Please let us know when you make your booking. Note that availability is limited, and we may not be able to provide these items if stocks are depleted.
Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.
Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.
