I some last minute trouble with the house we were going to stay at but was quickly fixed and was placed in another really nice house that got all our needs.

The perfect house!!

We had a great stay! The house was beautiful, the location was great. We had a blast in the pool, but I wish it had a little shade. Overall great stay and we can’t wait to come back!!

While the house can sleep 14 people, we traveled with 9 people and felt as if the house was packed with extra beds to get extra places to sleep. This left little room for clothing storage and tight spaces between furnishings to get through certain places.The house appeared as the pictures minus the manicured lawn and clean pool area. The lawn was not mowed and over 6 inches tall with major vegetation coming from areas of the patio. The beach chairs and toys were strung all over the place.Inside the house, there is no where for people to eat for 9 people let alone 14 people that it can sleep. The upstairs and downstairs had 2 bar stool counters and no real space to relax and enjoy together.The air conditioning could not keep up with the florida heat in the front of the house leaving the main living room between 78-80 each day. We reached out and they had sent a property maintenance person out to look. He said that it was blowing 54 degrees and that based on where the ac unit was, it wouldnt work any better. They sent an AC tech out to look and he removed the filter and turned the fan up in speed on AC. This seemed to keep it around 77 degrees the remainder of the trip. The basement living space was dark and dingy and definitely made you feel like you were in a basement. Additionally, the fridge downstairs was in the corner which didnt allow for you to utilize bar area.

There was left over items from other people like bra and underwear. Stains on the bedding. The cutlery had rust spots on them. Grills were not clean. Fire pit rusted through can’t use. Doors would not shut and open correctly. TV remotes had no batteries to work the tvs. The front door leaked water in when it rained. The porch cover was ripped and bungee cord together so all the furniture on the deck was wet after rain. Washer and dryer’s- washer did not clean clothes well and dryer had to be turned on several times to even dry 4 towels. Left over beer cans laying around on upper deck had to place furniture in front of one of the upper doors just to secure it shut. On the positive side a short walk to the beach and it had a pool.
