The dining area and living room are connected, making it perfect for family or friend gatherings. Access the private patio to dine al fresco or catch some sun on the chaise lounges. The dining table comfortably seats four. The kitchen boasts a breakfast bar and everything you need for meal prep. Next to the living room is the office, with a work desk and a sofa for afternoon naps or overnight guests. A full-size washer and dryer are available for guest use. One covered parking space is assigned to the unit. Additional parking is available for guest use.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The main en-suite features a king bed, 50" Smart TV, ceiling fan, and ample sunlight. The main bathroom includes a single sink, a shower/bath combo, and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and a large closet. The guest bedroom utilizes the hallway bath with a shower.

The private patio provides a dining table for four and chaise lounges to catch some sun. The electric BBQ is amazing and is for guest use. The community tennis and pickleball courts are 150 feet from the condo. The community pools and spa is 400 feet away! It's a super short walk to enjoy a nice swim or tennis!
