3. Ensure minimal noise within the property and common areas from 11pm to 7am.
4. Please adhere to the maximum occupancy limit specified for the accommodation. Overcrowding is not permitted.
5. No parties or events, strictly.
6. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property, unless otherwise specified and approved in advance.
7. Please help us maintain cleanliness by tidying up after yourself and using the provided trash bins.
8. LOST KEYS RESULT IN $200 FINE
9. Adhere strictly to the check-in and checkout times, unless otherwise approved.
