You will have access to the pool, gym, bbq, and common areas.
Your group will have sole access to the entire unit.
Grills, games, fire pits etc.. are first come first serve.
Pool Hours - 7:00AM - 10:00PM
Gym Area - 5:00AM - 11:00PM
Common Area - 9:00AM - 10:00PM
➢ ☆★ You must have a wristband and fob to enter the pool or amenity area. If you lose it we cannot guarantee you will get another and you may lose access to the pool. You have to pay $60 for each band and $250 for a fob so you will need to pay this BEFORE we will get another. The time it takes to get another is at our discretion. DO NOT go the office asking for one. They will only communicate with us on this. ☆★
Important: Starting April 11, there will be renovations on the courtyard & pool area. The pool is open, but please expect minimal noise during the day and kindly exercise caution around the construction areas and follow any safety instructions. It is also important not to leave kids unattended at any time - Palacio Properties will not be held liable for injuries.
!> Requests for late check-out should be sent 48 hours prior check-in date
