Beautiful waterfront all-season cottage located in the Kawartha Lakes, overlooking the Trent-Severn waterway! A large three bedroom, two full three-piece bathroom, bar/kitchen retreat. Situated only 1.5 hours away from the GTA - on the stunning Mitchell Lake, with a connection to Balsam Lake without the lock. Enjoy evenings by the fire, sunrises on the dock and morning coffees on the spacious deck!

Excellent lake for fishing and boating - ideal for ice-fishing and snowmobiling during the winter season.

230 feet deep, incredible lake view cottage welcomes up to several guests - with two levels, three queen sized beds and two comfy sofas. Plenty of seating throughout cottage, two refrigerators, fully stocked kitchen with all appliances. We do ask our guests to kindly bring your own bedding and towels for added hygienic precautions. We also operate on well water but provide a water cooler (refills needed can be acquired at the gas station next door). Lots of parking - suitable for multiple cars!
