Fully renovated, central heat and ac, lots of parking, fishing off dock, large grassy 3 acre lot with trees surrounding property for privacy, LOTS OF ACTIVITIES, Barrel Sauna, hottub, volleyball, billards and more.

OCCUPANCY LIMIT

Max of 12 adults, PLUS sleeping for 8 kids. Total sleeping capacity is 20 people.

MAIN HOUSE

Main Level: Open concept living, dining and kitchen + 1 full bathroom
Upper level: 3 spacious bedrooms + living room + access to 1 private deck via master bed and 1 deck via living room

Sleeps: 6 adults on beds and 4 on sofa beds = 10 total

GUEST HOUSE (entire property will be available)
Games room: pool/ billiards table, combination foosball, air hockey table, ping pong, and mini pool, lots of board games, PS3
Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with bunks, one bedroom with separate entrance to exterior.
