The Space:

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this contemporary single-level home welcomes you with a manicured tropical garden and a striking architectural façade. Step inside to an airy open-plan living area where an oversized sectional sofa, wall-mounted TV, and streams of soft natural light create the perfect setting for slow mornings and movie nights.



Cook up memorable meals in the modern kitchen, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and a generous bench island perfect for prepping. Then step onto the undercover patio to dine alfresco at the table for six as the BBQ sizzles nearby and the overhead fan keeps you cool through sun-drenched lunches.



As the day winds down, retreat to one of three thoughtfully styled bedrooms. The primary suite promises deep rest with a king bed, wall-mounted TV, walk-in wardrobe, and a spacious ensuite featuring a rainfall shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, leafy views, a tallboy for storage, and a TV for private entertainment. The third bedroom includes a double bed and a built-in wardrobe to keep your room clutter-free. These two rooms share a family bathroom designed for indulgence, with a freestanding soaking tub and rainfall shower. A full laundry with a washer and a sink ensures a smooth stay for your group.



Stay comfortable year-round with a combination of central and split system air conditioning, along with ceiling fans throughout. With secure garage parking, arrivals and departures are always a breeze.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Just behind your home, Piccones Village shopping mall is only a few steps away—perfect for grabbing a quick bite or picking up fresh groceries without ever needing the car. Enjoy fresh sushi at Sushido, woodfired pizza at Tosca, or a comforting noodle soup from Manoora. There’s also an IGA for all your grocery needs. Surrounded by green spaces like Maytown Close Park and Woodward Park, the area offers plenty of room to stretch out and explore. In just five minutes by car, you can be wandering the lush paths of Cairns Botanic Gardens, or in eight, relaxing on the golden shores of the Esplanade Beach. On weekends, don’t miss Rusty’s Markets—just a ten-minute drive away—for vibrant local produce, Vietnamese coffee, and freshly pressed sugar cane juice.



Getting Around:

Parking: There are two free parking spots available—one in the garage and one in the driveway.



Airport: 13 minutes by car, or 30 minutes by bus (including a 10-minute walk).



Public Transport: 10-minute walk to the nearest bus stop.
