The kitchen opens onto the living room (sofa bed, two low cabinets, TV). A sliding door leads to the bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a dresser, and a large closet. (There is room for a crib.)
From the bedroom, you enter the bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and plenty of storage.
The private garden offers a unique view of the city and is equipped for outdoor dining.
Electricity, heating, and water charges are included. Across from the property is a large, free public parking area, and within a few minutes’ walk are shops, restaurants, attractions, a local farmers’ market, the train station, and the river.
