This is beautiful, well proportioned home has 1903 sq ft of fully air conditioned living area. The attractive family room looks onto the pool deck.

The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances you will need during your stay and has breakfast nook for informal dining, while the separate dining room offers family style dining.

The laundry is equipped with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bedroom 1 is a master with king sized Sleep Number adjustable bed and full en-suite bathroom

Bedroom 2 is also a master with queen sized bed and full en-suite bathroom

Bedrooms 3 has two XL length twin beds.Bedroom 4 has two standard length twin beds.

A full bathroom is situated in the corridor between bedrooms 3 and 4.

For your entertainment there are 5 flat screen TVs with cable TV and a DVD player and Wi-Fi.

The south facing, fully screened pool deck with covered lanai has a pool with integrated spa. The pool is also quite private as a boundary fence runs along the back of the property and shrubs along both sides of the pool enhance privacy.
