Our house is located in Cochrane, you will be in the quiet countryside and feel the peace of nature.

The room is a walkout basement, faces the garden and you will enjoy the sunshine .

It's also have quiet small office inside

We have some cats, please do not book if you are allergic to cat fur or yoasthma or nasal allergies

We have some cats, sometimes they will run and jump in the morning, it will make some small noise, please forgive us

Decided on this property as the price was more manageable than Banff town or Canmore. Cochrane is a cute, small town about 40 min from downtown Calgary and 1.5hrs from Banff/Cannmore. Property was clean and hosts were kind. Only downside is the sound bleed from upstairs—the patter of cats & noise from humans/vaccuums—likely unavoidable given construction of the house. This made it tricky to fall asleep at the start of each night, but eventually the house became quiet. Hosts are really nice and provided a Discovery Pass for the parks.

Check in was pretty straight forward. Room in general was pretty clean and cozy only thing there was couple random stuff in the room like necklace but probably forgotten by other stayers. Not loud as much as I thougt in the morning. They provide shampoo conditioner and there is even perfume. For the price it is impossible to find a property like this. I and my girlfriend loved it.
