This new five-star resort style building is inspired by the Palm Springs and the 60’s Gold Coast aesthetic, promoting a lifestyle of relaxation and rejuvenation.
This includes a Mediterranean style pool area with poolside cabanas, sunbeds, outdoor kitchen with BBQ and private dining nooks, so if you just want to stay in and hang out, you can.
For those who feel the need to exercise you are welcome to use the well-equipped gymnasium with free weights, bikes, walkers and even a reformer bed and outdoor yoga/stretch lawn. Why not finish your fitness routine with our amazing European Sauna and after showering under the large outdoor rain shower just slip into the swimming pool to finish.
This beautiful apartment offers two bedrooms, including master suite with a comfortable queen bed, access to the balcony, walk-through robe and an elegant ensuite complete with an overhead rainfall shower.
The second bedroom comes with a queen bed and built in robe; with its own private bathroom. This unit is ideal for two couples to share when you venture down to Twin Towns for a few days to see a show and grab a pizza at the infamous Frank Jr Pizzeria.
The living room offers relaxed comfort from the leather lounge with smart TV, sound bar and unlimited Wi-Fi. A separate media room offers additional space for relaxation with another smart TV and comfortable furnishings.
Floor-to-ceiling glass stacker doors seamlessly join indoor and outdoor living, and the large, covered balcony is quietly situated for your continued relaxation or outside dining with ocean and mountain glimpses.

Featuring unique statement walls, solid timbers and natural fabrics, thoughtfully selected furnishings and décor, ecofriendly toiletries, and high-quality linens, all exquisitely combined to provide a blissful stay.

His and her robes in both bedrooms, tall bottles of liquid soap rather than those little soaps, ample kitchen amenities and plush beach towels so you do not have to run to the shops upon arrival. We try to think of all the little things that help you unwind.
Whether you want to soak up the sun, enjoy retail therapy or just unwind, Sol has it all. If you want a longer stay rather than a quick getaway, we provide fully equipped laundry with a washing machine dryer and ironing board. There is secure parking for one car (2.1m) and lift access.

Linen High quality linen, including plush beach towels, are included, and beds will be made up for your arrival.
Keys You are to collect keys from and return to our office, located at 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. The office is an approximate 3-minute drive south of the property and a 6-minute drive south of the Gold Coast Airport
You will be required to complete a registration form and upload a copy of your photo ID and credit card to before arrival to verify your identity.
No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
