I would like to start off by saying the house itself was very nice with an aesthetic modern build/style just like the pictures describe. Unfortunately there were several things that we did not enjoy during our stay. One critical issue was the lack of responsive communication with the property contact person. There were a couple of messages and a few calls that were made regarding some issues during the stay and in some instances it would take several hours to receive a response or I did not receive a response at all. Some of my family and I are also short-term rental hosts and believe that quick responsive communication is critical in addressing guest concerns, they cannot be ignored for long periods of time without being addressed. The thermostat was also locked away behind a plastic partition and was not accessible to change the temperature. When asked if the temperature could be adjusted the contact person told me that the person with the key was not available to unlock it. When I asked if another spare was available with the management company, I did not receive further responses. The house did get warm during certain portions of the day without an ability to adjust the temperature. Lastly, the house was not well stocked with some necessities like fresh rolls of toilet paper or dishwashing soap. It did not seem like a full pre- clean was done (lots dead insects in most rooms that I had to vacuum myself upon arrival). I hope for improvement in the future by the host.
