Very welcoming host, place was massive with a very big garden, lovely to walk around and play on the large grassed area, spa and pool that was fun, spa hot and pool was coolish. Beds soft and heaps of bedrooms to fit us all comfortably. Excellent place!

Absolutely loved our stay at Briarley’s historic property! It was the perfect base for our group of 7 couples attending a nearby wedding. The contrast between the beautifully modern interior and the spacious, picturesque outdoor areas made it ideal for both relaxing and socialising together. The pool area was a standout and a lifesaver on such a warm weekend—perfect for cooling off and unwinding. Briarley was an excellent communicator throughout our stay and made everything feel easy and seamless. The property had absolutely everything we needed and more. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

Amazing property and amazing host. Not only is the property so amazing.. beautiful, well maintained, very comfortable and has that relaxing vibe, the hosts have furnished it with everything.. icemaker, wine cooler, airfryer, rice maker, coffee machine, juicer.... you name it it's there. There are thoughtful touches everywhere and so many places in the house and backyard for a relaxing leg up or a contemplative drink.. and then there is the hot tub and pool and bbq for a outdoor lunch or dinner.In short, you can't go wrong with this property.

We needed a property for our entire family (10 people), for a weekend stay in Warrnambool. This place popped up, and we were enthralled - both by the architecture, and all the excellent reviews. It really didn't disappoint: the church has been so beautifully renovated into an amazingly warm and comfortable space. We all genuinely enjoyed exploring the property- discovering all the hidden nooks and crannies, and interesting features. We had a wonderful time, exploring the nearby suburbs of Warrnambool and Port Fairy. Our host was lovely and helpful, very quickly answering any enquiries... Not that we had many- absolutely everything was provided by the host, with plenty of helpful signs and information. Highly recommended!
