Yes, you read that right, our cottage features 230 feet of wraparound waterfront with a mix of sandy and rocky bottom, offering breathtaking east- and south-facing views. Located at the northern tip of stunning Pigeon Lake, the water is clear and warm - ideal for swimming, lounging, and soaking up the scenery.

Our cottage sits on a spacious ½-acre lot with mature trees that create a calm, natural setting. While there are neighbours on both sides, the layout and greenery often give the property a quiet, private feel.

And when you need a change of pace, we’re just 10 minutes from the charming town of Bobcaygeon, home to great restaurants, boutique shops, and grocery stores. No need to overpack- everything you need is close by!

⚠️Feel free to enjoy the firepit, but be sure to check for any local burn bans or restrictions before using it.

⛔This is a family-oriented cottage, and parties are not permitted. This includes large gatherings of friends, bachelor/bachelorette events, or similar celebrations. If we believe this rule has been violated, we reserve the right to ask guests to vacate the property without a refund.

A beautiful place to spend some family time. Inside, the cottage is unique and very attractive. Lots of space for guests to lounge or play inside and out. Everything we needed was there. Pigeon Lake is a big lake—perfect for watersports! Also, the host had lots of information about the what to do in the area. So glad we found this place!

Our extended family, of 10, had a wonderful time at the cottage.The cottage had ample space for activities together, and enough space for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped, lots of games were provided, good internet connection, good variety of equipment for outdoor activities. Kim was an excellent host, listing is thorough and accurate. She was very approachable, and answered questions promptly,

A great combination of a very friendly and communicative host, and a wonderful cottage and location. The lake views, and the soaring ceilings of the great room were spectacular. The beautiful cottage has all you need to enjoy and is very roomy, the location comes with lots of privacy and quiet. That panoramic lake view is really something to see. I cant wait to get back here again, thanks so much for everything Kim.

Pigeon Lake Gem

Stayed with the family for 4 nights at this beautiful and very clean lakefront cottage. There were many updates (kitchen, bathrooms, etc.), while still maintaining a lovely cottage-y vibe. Close to the boat launch. Kim is a great host - very communicative and detailed.

Everything was just like it was in the description and photos. The home was very clean and the host was very easy to contact. My family stayed here for one week and we all enjoyed our time and the grandkids loved the lake toys and games that were available. It has a beautiful view and right on Pigeon lake. Having the full kitchen with a dishwasher and laundry facilities was great for a large family. Sitting under the front porch was one of our favourite things and enjoying the beautiful views and the sounds of the waves and calmness of the water first thing in the morning.

This vacation rental certainly checked all of the boxes for our multi-generational family group. Accommodations were excellent and the hosts provided lots of games, indoor and outdoor toys, books and puzzles so all ages were kept active, regardless of the weather. Highly recommend this rental for a family vacation or a group of friends.
