This beautifully presented three-bedroom house is a relaxed and comfortable base for families, couples, or small groups looking to unwind. Just a short drive from the beaches of Torquay, the charm of Geelong, and nearby wineries and attractions, it's a great spot to explore the region.
Step inside to a light-filled, thoughtfully styled space with an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area—ideal for cooking up a meal, sharing it together, and kicking back afterwards.
The home comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms. The master includes its own ensuite with shower and toilet, while the other two rooms each have a queen bed. A central bathroom with both a bath and shower caters to the rest of the house.
Outside, enjoy your own private backyard—perfect for your morning cuppa or some fresh air at the end of the day. With heating throughout, off-street parking, garage access and a full laundry with washing machine, everything you need for a comfortable stay is right here.
Tucked in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood, you’ll be close to local parks, cafes and the Armstrong Creek Town Centre, with the Surf Coast and Geelong’s waterfront just a short drive away. A shopping centre is located less than a 5-minute drive from this property, plus there are several local cafes, paths and walking tracks for you to enjoy at your leisure.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around is via car, however, public transport via a bus is also available.
Other Things to Note:
From 6 October 2025, this property will undergo some works to the back fence while our neighbour constructs their house.. We don't expect this to cause any impact to your stay, however, we are happy to note that all bookings already have a 5% discount applied for this period.
By booking with us, you acknowledge that there may be some construction works to the back fence during your stay.
